Pregnancy Predictions
The next time one of your co-workers shows off an ultrasound of the fetus gestating in their womb, think back to the days when these procedures were not common. In fact, it wasn’t that long ago that parents had absolutely no real idea of what gender their baby was until the precious bundle popped his or her head out of the womb.
Go back about twenty five or thirty years and you’ll find plenty of folks who relied on folk wisdom like the Chinese gender predictor to guess at their baby’s gender. While this method is a little more complicated than others, even the worst method has a fifty-fifty chance at success.
But before you get to predicting the baby’s gender, you’ll need to actually get pregnant. That’s where modern people really luck out. An ovulation predictor chart from a doctor today stands a much better chance at producing results than they did just a decade or two ago. That’s great news for couples struggling with infertility issues. This is one subject you don’t want to guess at much.
Scientific advances have taken much of the guess work out of pregnancy, but go ahead and try a few folk remedies anyways. They’re usually a lot of fun.
